So, alongside a few of my classmates and fellow students from SAE Glasgow, I went on a trip to Oxford to the world headquarters of SAE. Here is a photo of what may now be my favourite studio! We spent 2 days in workshops, playing with excessive amounts of microphone techniques in their purpose built Steinway piano live room and on electric and acoustic guitars. Alongside, a tutorial on the Neve Genesys console, we also had some time to learn a TL Audio desk and the SSL AWS900 console. Fun times!
